Emergency medical care for a child who has been sexually abused
Globally, roughly 1 in 10 girls under the age of 20 have been sexually exploited, and one third of children in South Africa have experienced some form of sexual abuse. Operation Bobbi Bear is fighting for the rights of marginalized and vulnerable children. They are collaborating with the South African court system and changing the trajectory of forgotten-about children.
$500 will allow the rapid response unit covers the cost of shelter, medical expenses, HIV medication, food and other emergency supplies for a child who has been sexually abused. With your help, these children can heal, return to wholeness and lead a life beyond being a victim.
